As Milind describes “Since a lot of you have been asking about what I eat, here you go! This is usual, but might change depending on where I am and what is available.”
After waking up, Milind claims to drink 500ML room temperature water. Drinking water first thing in the morning lifts your mood, benefits mental performance, improves skin health, and also helps in weight loss.
Around 10 AM, the actor has his first meal of the day with some nuts, papaya, one melon, and any seasonal fruit like mangoes. Not a traditional meal but indeed a nutritious one.
His lunch meal includes, usually rice and dal khichadi with local vegetables, with two teaspoons of homemade ghee. If he wants to skip rice then 6 chapatis with dal and vegetables is his go-to. He also mentions “very rarely, once in a month, a small piece of chicken/mutton or egg.”
His evening snack would sometimes include a cup of black tea, sweetened with jaggery. Milind implies that his desserts are mostly sweetened with jaggery and no other refined product.
Milind tends to consume a light dinner, usually a plate of vegetables/bhaji. If the hunger is uncontrollable, then a plate of khichdi along with vegetables suits the best.
