What Is The Daily Requirement Of Physical Activity For Adults?
It’s common knowledge that daily exercise is an important part of our lives to stay healthy and fit. Exercise in simple terms means any activity that gets your body moving and uses energy. The National Health Service recommends 150 minutes of moderate activity weekly to stay fit and healthy. When split up, 150 minutes can be divided as 30 minute sessions, 5 days in a week which is doable. One can also split it up in smaller sessions and settle into a routine that works best for you. Physical activity ensures proper and complete growth it’s important for youngsters to indulge in it as well.
