  • To be a single point of contact between partners and the company
  • Creating business development strategies; identifying roadblocks and driving new business from conception through the closure
  • Negotiate on new partnerships and business alliance along with managing and retaining relationships with existing gyms/fitness centers
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships that fill the business pipeline with prospective gyms/fitness centers; increase partner base
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with on-boarded service professionals and resolving their queries in real-time.
  • Imparting necessary training to partner on how to use FITPASS to their maximum advantage - Website, App, CRM.
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective gyms/fitness centers; take a lead on escalations
  • Ensure smooth backend operations and timely pay-outs to partners (gyms and fitness studios) across the allotted city

Exp: Minimum 2 years of experience
Language: Fluent in English, Hindi and other regional languages (i.e. Tamil, Bengali)
  • Responsible for lead conversions and convincing customers to sell, cross-sell and up-sell various FITPASS products
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
  • Increase brand awareness through customer interaction
  • Recommending potential innovations in products and services to the management by collecting and analyzing customer information and needs Understanding customer requirements and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Increasing renewal rates of products and users and reducing c hurn along with identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Logging and regularly maintaining a report for calls done and follow-ups made
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services and Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads
  • Taking incoming calls and resolving customer queries whenever required.
  • Work closely with members of other teams to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.
