What is FITPASS?

FITPASS is a priority pass to 3500+ gyms, fitness centers, expert nutritionists, and A.I based training plans and much more. With the membership, you can workout anytime, anywhere at fitness centers and gyms in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Pune, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.

What is FITPASS membership?

With FITPASS membership , you can work out wherever you want, however you want & whenever you want across any of our 3500+ partner gyms and fitness centers in Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Pune, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.

 

Membership Cycle

 

You can choose from 2 terms:

  • Monthly (1 month)             ₹999

  • Quarterly (3 months)         ₹2499

Your membership starts from the date and time of purchase of the membership. If you've purchased a monthly membership on March 15th, then it will be valid till April 14th.

How long is the FITPASS membership cycle?

FITPASS membership cycle depends on the tenure for which you have opted .You can use it for a period of 1 Month / 3 Months / 6 Months from the date of purchase. For instance, you've purchased a membership on March 15th, 2018, and then it will be valid till April 14th, 2018.

When does my FITPASS start?
FITPASS membership starts from the date and time of purchase of the membership.
Can I attend any workout / class?

Yes, but please reserve early, as spots fill up quickly in popular workouts. The best thing is that you always have thousands of options to choose from - Gym workouts, Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Aerobics, CrossFit, circuit training, Kickboxing, Spinning, Mixed Martial Arts and many more.

How many workouts can I attend?

For Delhi NCR - Unlimited! You can workout at different gyms/studios near your home, office, neighbourhood market, etc, however, you can workout at the same gym/studio up to 5 times in a month.

For Ahmedabad - We want you to make as many workouts as you’d like. Workout at a different gym/studio as per your convenience. With 250+ gyms/studios to choose from, your workout is always just around the corner.*Except Life Fitness Point (5 workouts at all of the branches), Intensity Naranpura (7 workouts), Fit Formance Panjrapol (4 workouts) & Gym Holic Bopal (7 workouts), Samurai Fitness(15 Workouts), F 20 Fitness Studio(1 Workouts).

For Jaipur - We want you to make as many workouts as you’d like. Workout at a different gym/studio as per your convenience.With 250+ gyms/studios to choose from, your workout is always just around the corner.* Except The Gym Eagle Raja Park (15 Workouts),You Fit Health Club Nirman Nagar (12 Workouts), Viewsonic Fitness Mansarovar(15 Workouts),X-core Fitness C- Scheme(15 Workouts).

For Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai - We want you to make as many workouts as you’d like. Workout at a different gym/studio as per your convenience. With 250+ gyms/studios in each city to choose from, your workout is always just around the corner.

 

Can I only attend 5 workouts in the complete membership cycle?

For Delhi NCR
Let's take an example for better understanding:
Suppose you have 5-6 gyms near your location, those could be Gym/Studio A, Gym/Studio B, Gym/Studio C, and so on. So you can workout at Gym/Studio A up to 5 times, then at Gym/Studio B up to 5 times and so on.


For other locations like Mumbai, Ahmedabad,Bangalore, Jaipur, Pune, Hyderabad
You can attend unlimited workouts at all our partner locations. We have a few unique agreements
where you can only workout up to 5 times in a month.

What if a brand has many locations?
That's great! We love to spoil you for choices. You can workout at any of the location.
How to check gyms/fitness studios options near my location?

a) Open the FITPASS APP.
b) Select your Current/Preferred Location from the left-hand side corner option.
c) Click on “View all”
d) Next screen will share list of all available options
e) Use various Sort & Filter options

What if I can’t make it to a workout? What is the workout cancellation policy?

No worries. Just cancel 1.5 hours before the workout to open up the spot for other members. However, as you can reserve a workout even 1 minute before the workout time, we always suggest you reserve when you are absolutely confident about your availability.

Follow these simple steps to cancel Workout:
a) Go to my profile.
b) Tap on FITPASS history and tap on the workout you want to cancel.
c) Tap on cancel and later confirm it.

How do I buy FITPASS?

Simply follow the steps mentioned below:
a) Tap on "Get Membership"
b) Choose your plan
c) Make the payment

How to renew my FITPASS Membership?

Follow the steps to renew your FITPASS membership:
a) Go on "My Profile" section on the App.
b) Click on "Extend Membership"
c) Choose your desired plan

What are the acceptable 'modes of payments' to purchase FITPASS?

You can pay for FITPASS membership on the FITPASS app using the following modes of payment:

How do I reserve my workout?
  1. Open the FITPASS App
  2. Select your Current/Preferred Location
  3. Click on “View all”
  4. Select any gym or fitness center from the list / search your preferred gym / fitness center
  5. Choose a slot (Preferred time)
  6. Click on “Reserve slot”

How to scan QR Code ?

a) Open the FITPASS App
b) Check the bottom end of the screen.
c) Select on colored Sticky Tab.
d) Select on SCAN QR CODE.
e) This option will be available 15 minutes prior to the workout timing Gym/Studio will be notified about successful scanning.

If QR code scan doesn’t work please ask the gym/ studio to scan your QR code.

How do I find my FITPASS workout history?

To check all the workouts - previously reserved or attended as well as upcoming, please follow these steps:
a) Go to the "My Profile" section on the App.
b) Click on "FITPASS HISTORY"
c) All reserved workouts are listed here.

Can I make a last minute reservation?
We would recommend you reserve your workout early to enjoy a hassle free experience.
Can I make a reservation for a friend using my FITPASS?

FITPASS is your own personal, non-transferable fitness pass.

What is the refund policy for FITPASS membership?
All sales are final. Refunds will not be generated for any membership or products bought on the website/app.
What is FITFEAST ?

FITFEAST - dedicated Diet & Nutrition assistance to achieve your fitness goals through a customized diet plan and real-time consultation with your Personal Nutritionist.

How do I access FITFEAST on the App?

a) Open the FITPASS app
b) Click on FITFEAST
c) Provide your basic details like Age, Weight & Height etc through A.I. initiated form
d) Enroll for FITFEAST membership
e) On the basis of your details, a Personal Nutritionist will be assigned to you
f) You can initiate chat through the app to connect with your Nutritionist

What does FITFEAST membership include?

FITFEAST includes:
a) Real-time Nutritionist assistance on the app
b) Customized daily diets based on your lifestyles and preferences
c) 24x7 in-app chat with your Nutritionist
d) Calorie Counter to maintain a record of the calories consumed
e) Ease of scheduling calls with your Personal Nutritionist
f) Water tracker to help you track your water intake
g) Meal log to help you follow your assigned diets

How do I initiate chat with my personal Nutritionist?

a) Open the FITPASS app
b) Select FITFEAST
c) Tap on the Navigation panel on the right side top corner
d) Click on “Chat with Nutritionist”
e) Initiate the chat with your personal nutritionist

How do I schedule a call with my Personal Nutritionist?

a) Open the FITPASS app
b) Select FITFEAST
c) Tap on Navigation panel on the right side top corner
d) Click on “Schedule Call”
e) Select “SCHEDULE A CALL”
f) Choose “Today” or “Tomorrow”
g) Specify your convenient time slot
h) Click on “SUBMIT”
You will receive a call from your Personal Nutritionist at your suggested time slot.

How do I check the diet assigned by my personal Nutritionist?

a) Open the FITPASS app
b) Click on "FITFEAST"
c) Fill A.I. Initiated form (if applicable)
d) Log your previous meal and give your feedback (if applicable)
e) Scroll options to the right of "Log a Meal"
f) Click on "Show my Meal Log"
g) Select the date you want to check the assigned diet for
h) Scroll down to check your complete diet and nutrition plan

How do I renew my FITFEAST Membership?

Follow the steps to renew your membership:
a) Go on the FITFEAST section of the App on the main menu
b) Click on "Extend Membership"
c) Choose your desired plan
d) Make the payment

FITCOACH - Revolutionary, artificial intelligence enabled training and coaching plans that evolve and adapt to your needs and fitness goals. Personalized fitness routines and workout plans curated to provide assistance through smart HD instruction videos, with special emphasis on form and technique.

How long is FITCOACH service?
Once you have purchased the FITCOACH membership, you can avail the services for a period of three months (or six months) from the date of purchase. For instance, you've purchased a membership on March 19th, 2018, then it will be valid till June16th, 2018.
When does my FITCOACH start?
FITCOACH services start from the date and time of purchase of the service.
How do I access FITCOACH ?

What are FITPASS Credits? When do they expire?

A user gets FITPASS credits on applying different promotional codes which that promises some cash back. On purchase of a membership, a user can redeem FITPASS credits less than or equal to 25% of the membership price. FITPASS credits have no expiry date

What is the price structure of FITPASS Membership?

FITPASS membership cost depends on its tenure.
For 1 month – Rs.999 (Exclusive of taxes)
For 3 months–Rs.2499 (Exclusive of taxes)
For 6 months– Rs. 4199 (Exclusive of taxes)

How can I get FITCASH?

You can get FITCASH through the options mentioned below:
➢ By Sharing your Referral code with your Friends, Relatives etc.
➢ By Applying Coupon Codes offered by FITPASS

How much credit will I get and how?

FITCASH depend on the code that you use.
➢ Offers are reflected in our App and have different values.
➢ You will get a credit of Rs.100 each time your referral code is applied. This happens when your relative or friend or with whom the code is shared downloads the App and registers themselves using your referral code. Both, your relative and you will receive Rs.100 as FITCASH.

What is the process for activation of FITPRIME?

To activate FITPRIME, please follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the FITPASS App.
  2. Go to the “My Profile” section
  3. Click on FITPRIME
  4. Make the Payment of Rs.499
  5. Get. Set. Sweat.
How can I cancel a reserved workout?

Reserved workout can only be canceled 1:30 hours before the scheduled time. Please follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Open the FITPASS App
  2. Go to the “My Profile” section
  3. Click on “FITPASS History” in the menu
  4. Tap on “Upcoming Workouts”
  5. Select the workout you want to cancel and click on Cancel workout.

Please be informed any cancelation made by you will not be counted in the number of workouts you are entitled to attend at a gym or fitness center for that particular month.

Will canceled workout be counted as availed workout?

No.

How to check for the Gyms / Fitness Centre available in your location?

Please follow the steps mentioned below:
➢ Open the FITPASS App
➢ Enter your location
➢ All partner gyms / studios will be listed.

Are Sauna & Steam Bath included in the FITPASS membership?

Sauna and Steam bath are not included in the FITPASS membership. A user can avail these services at the sole discretion of the gym / fitness center.

What is FITCASH? When does it expires?

A user gets FITCASH on applying various promotional codes. On purchase of a membership, a user can redeem their FITCASH, but can avail a discount of maximum 25% of total MRP. FITCASH has no expiry date.

How soon can I reserve a workout?

You can reserve a workout just a minute before the workout time, but we would recommend you reserve your workouts early to enjoy a hassle free experience.

What facilities are included in the FITPASS Membership?

With FITPASS, you get the freedom to workout anywhere and anytime across all locations. Facilities like Towel, Parking, Locker etc. depend on the sole discretion of the gym / fitness center.

How do I activate subscription?

FITPASS allows you to do away with the hassle of manually renewing your membership by opting for a subscription. It is applicable for all Visa and MasterCard Credit Cards and selected Debit Cards (Citibank, Kotak, ICICI, and Canara Bank). To subscribe, log on to your account and on the payment page, you will get the option to subscribe. 

How do I cancel auto renewal?

The auto-renewal feature is currently available on the monthly membership. In auto-renewal, your membership will be automatically renewed for the successive month at the non-promotional rate unless you opt for cancellation.

Please note – you can opt-out of auto-renewal or cancel your subscription only 72 hours *prior to your term renewal date by dropping an email to care@fitpass.co.in. In case you miss the opportunity, your membership will be renewed for the following month.

Are there any extra charges on auto renewal/subscription?

Currently, there are no extra charges on the auto-renewal feature. With the subscription plan, you can concentrate on booking classes and fitness and forget about going through the payment procedure at the end of each term.

Can I pay cash for the subscription?

We only offer digital modes of payment for our subscription. Digital payment is hassle-free and updates your membership instantly. We are digi-friendly!

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription via mail 72 hours prior to the next billing cycle to avoid auto-renewal for the successive month. However, you will be charged an applicable amount upon cancellation.
