What is FITPASS membership?

With FITPASS membership, you can workout wherever you want, however you want & whenever you want across any of our 7,500+ partner gyms and fitness centers across 40+ cities of India.

 

Membership Cycle

 

You can choose between 2 plans:

  • FITPASS Basic (1 Month) ₹999/- (excluding taxes and applicable charges)
  • FITPASS Premium (1 month) ₹1,599/- (excluding taxes and applicable charges)

Your membership starts from the date and time of purchase of the membership. If you have purchased a monthly membership on March 15th, then it will be valid till April 14th.

How long is the FITPASS membership cycle?

FITPASS membership cycle depends on the plan that you have purchased. You can use it for a period of 1 Month / 3 Months from the date of purchase. For instance, if you have purchased a monthly FITPASS membership on March 15th, 2021, then it will be valid till April 14th, 2021.

When does my Membership (FITPASS, FITCOACH, FITFEAST) start?

Your (FITPASS, FITCOACH, FITFEAST) membership starts from the date and time of purchase of the membership.

Can I reserve any class/workout?

Yes, you may choose to reserve any class or workout. With FITPASS, you have thousands of options & Circuit Training, Gym workout, Zumba dance classes, Crossfit sessions, Pilates, Kickboxing classes, Mixed Martial Arts training, Spinning, and Yoga classes. However, we urge you to reserve early as spots in popular workouts fill up quickly.

How many workouts can I reserve?

We allow our users to workout at any gym or studio as many times as they please.

 

You may choose to reserve any number of workouts at the same gym if you please. However, we advise you to try out new and interesting activities at different fitness centers whenever you can.

 

We do not believe in limitations. However, we do hope that you do not overexert yourself by choosing, let's say a full-fledged gym workout with an intensive kickboxing class in a single day. Nonetheless, if you can manage, we welcome you to workout as hard as you can.

Can I only attend 5 workouts in the complete membership cycle?

We have different plans that you can opt for as per your requirement.

 

FITPASS BASIC - Attend unlimited workouts with FITPASS Basic - One pass to 7,500+ fitness centers starting at just ₹999*/month. You can reserve or visit any fitness center up to 5 times each month.

 

FITPASS Premium - gives you unrestricted access to all 7,500+ fitness centers in the curated network at just ₹1,599*/month. You can reserve or visit the same fitness center once every day till your membership lasts, except for the centers with special arrangements.

What if I am unable to find gyms near me or fitness centers near my area?

You can get all the information you need on the website or the app.

 

  • Open the FITPASS App
  • Click on Fitness Centers
  • The screen will display all the available options in and around your area
  • Filter or sort according to your needs

 

For instance, if you want to take Spinning classes or sessions, you can browse through all the available options near your area and choose as per your convenience. If you are still unable to find gyms or fitness centers near you then please contact customer support at care@fitpass.co.in

I can not make it to a workout. What is the cancellation policy?

No worries. Just cancel 90 minutes before the workout begins so that other members can book. You can reserve a spot at a workout just a minute before it starts. However, we suggest that you reserve a slot when you are absolutely confident about your availability;

 

In case you are unable to attend a certain slot, let us say a Pilates class at 7 P.M, you can cancel it by 5:30 P.M. on the same day. If you miss this deadline, we request you to call us to inform us.

How can I scan the QR Code and confirm my workout?

 

The option will be available 30 minutes prior to the workout timing. The Gym/Studio will be notified about successful scanning. If the QR code scan doesn't work, then please share the URC from the workout reservation history. 

 

Please note- Only after you have scanned the QR code will your workout be confirmed.

How do I check my workout history?

Go to My Profile section on the App and tap on Workout reservation History. All the reserved workouts are listed there.

Can I make a last minute reservation?

We would recommend you reserve your workout early to enjoy a hassle free experience.

Can I make a reservation for my friend from my FITPASS App?

FITPASS membership is personal and non-transferable. You can only reserve workouts for yourself.

What is the refund policy for FITPASS?

All sales are final. Refunds will not be generated for any membership or products bought on the website/app.

What is FITFEAST?

FITFEAST is personalized and dedicated diet and nutrition assistance. Customized diet plans and real-time consultation with your personal nutritionist help you to achieve your fitness goals. For example, if you are attending cross fit sessions on a regular basis, our certified nutritionist will create a diet that will help you to get the best results.

 

You may choose a FITFEAST membership for 1 or 3 months. We suggest you to get the membership for as long as you plan to follow a diet plan. Your FITFEAST membership begins from the date and time when you buy the membership.

What is FITCOACH?

FITCOACH- your smart, AI enabled fitness coach that has an advanced recommendation engine for individual assistance (ARIA) to offer intelligent individual assistance to every member. FITCOACH is something that learns all about your fitness needs and goals and recommends workouts accordingly. As you go ahead and follow workouts recommended by FITCOACH, it monitors your habits and what you do and how you do it to improve the recommendations every time. The more you workout, the more exercise it recommends, the more it learns about your body and fitness preferences and helps you achieve your goals faster and in a more organised fashion.

How long is FITCOACH service?

Once you have purchased the FITCOACH membership, you can avail the services for a period of three months (or six months) from the date of purchase. For instance, you've purchased a membership on March 19th, 2022, then it will be valid till June 16th, 2022.

When does my FITCOACH start?

FITCOACH services start from the date and time of purchase of the service.

Can I cancel my workout reservation at the last minute?

Your reserved workout can only be canceled 90 minutes before the scheduled time. Please be informed any cancelation made by you will not be counted in the number of workouts you are entitled to attend at a gym or fitness center for that particular month.

Is a cancelled workout considered as availed?

No. However, you are required to cancel a workout 90 minutes before it begins. In case you are unable to do so, please inform us ASAP.

How to check for the Gyms / Fitness Center available in your location?

You can get all the information you need on the website or the app.

Does the FITPASS membership include sauna, steam bath, or other additional services?

FITPASS membership does not include sauna, steam bath or any other additional services. Access to these services depends solely on the discretion of the gym or fitness studio's owner.

What is the refund policy for FITPRIME?

What is the duration of the FITCOACH Membership?

There are 3 FITCOACH membership options:

Your membership is valid for these periods from the date of the purchase. For instance, a membership purchased on March 19th 2022 will be valid till June 16th 2022.

How soon can I reserve a workout?

You can reserve a workout just a minute before the workout time, but we would recommend you reserve your workouts early to enjoy a hassle free experience.

What facilities are included in the FITPASS Membership?

With FITPASS, you get the freedom to workout anywhere and anytime across all locations. Facilities like Towel, Parking, Locker etc depend on the sole discretion of the gym/fitness center. Please note that FITPASS doesn’t provide/promise any personal trainer at any gym for the members.

How do I activate subscription?

FITPASS allows you to do away with the hassle of manually renewing your membership by opting for a subscription.  To subscribe, log in to your account and on the payment page, you will get the option to subscribe. We accept all modes of digital payment, cards and net banking for all our services.

How do I cancel auto renewal?

The auto-renewal feature is currently available on the monthly membership. In auto-renewal, your membership will be automatically renewed for the successive month at the non-promotional rate unless you opt for cancellation. 

 

Please note you can opt-out of auto-renewal or cancel your subscription only 72 hours *prior to your term renewal date by dropping an email to care@fitpass.co.in. In case you miss the opportunity, your membership will be renewed for the following month.

How long does the subscription last?

The subscription lasts indefinitely till you cancel your membership.

Are there any extra charges on auto renewal/subscription?

Currently, there are no extra charges on the auto-renewal feature. With the subscription plan, you can concentrate on booking classes and fitness and forget about going through the payment procedure at the end of each term.

Can I pay cash for the subscription?

We only offer digital modes of payment for our subscription. Digital payment is hassle-free and updates your membership instantly. We are digi-friendly!

Can I cancel my subscription?

We would hate to see you go! However, we understand that you may be forced for reasons beyond your control to cancel your subscription to the coolest and most fun fitness membership that makes it super economical, convenient, and easy for you to get fit and stay fit!

 

Please bear in mind that in case you have availed any offer to activate your subscription plan, the applicable terms and conditions of the specific offer are to be read in conjunction with terms contained herein and the terms of use.

 

Note: There is no change in T&C's or cancellation policy for the users who have bought the subscription plan before 15th November 2021. 

 

New users who purchase the subscription plan on or after 15th November, 2021 will have the freedom to cancel the subscription plan anytime.

 

After proceeding with the subscription cancellation, the user will be able to workout till the end of the subscription period depending upon the type of subscription plan purchased i.e monthly or quarterly subscription.

How can I cancel my FITPASS subscription?

Note: There is no change in T&C's or cancellation policy for the users who have bought the subscription plan before 15th November 2021.

 

  • Active members who have not claimed any offer (discount, cashback, period promotion, etc.) to activate their FITPASS subscription, may cancel their subscription anytime in the first 14 calendar days of activating their subscription membership without any cancellation charges subject to non-utilisation of any FITPASS service in any manner and subject to FITPASS terms of use.
  • After the expiry of the first 14 calendar days of your active FITPASS membership, active members may cancel their subscription plans in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions contained herein and to be read in conjunction with the terms of use, any time within 72 hours of the next upcoming billing date of their ongoing subscription payment plan through the FITPASS mobile app or by writing to us at care@fitpass.co.in
  • Basis your ongoing subscription plan, any offer claims etc, cancellation charges and fee (including administrative, processing, third party and all other applicable charges and fees) will apply and need to be paid in full prior to any processing or confirmation of any premature cancellation, changes, modification, deferment or the like of your ongoing subscription plan.
  • Users who purchase the subscription plan on or post 15th November 2021 can cancel the subscription without paying the cancellation fee.
What is FITPASS-TV?

FITPASS-TV is your access to live workout sessions for you to work out at home in these unprecedented times. Get fit at home with instructions from expert trainers. Watch certified trainers conducting Boxing, Dancing, Strength Training, Pilates, Power Yoga, Full-body circuits, Functional Training, and Zumba online. All online fitness classes are based on bodyweight exercises and you can get fit even if you do not have dumbbells or other equipment. We urge you to stay consistent in order to make the best of these online workout sessions. Work out with your family for some healthy challenges and strive for better every day. The home workout classes on FITPASS-TV are curated to suit people of all ages and all fitness levels. We advise you to challenge yourself but within your limits. Please consult a doctor or a chiropractor before doing the exercises if you have an injury, chronic pain, or underlying health issues.

How can I watch online fitness classes on FITPASS-TV?

We have made watching LIVE workout sessions as easy as possible. You can watch all the available classes in your smartphone no matter where you are. You can use your mobile data to stream the online workout sessions but we recommend that you use a good Wi-Fi connection for uninterrupted streaming. If you can cast your phone on your TV or monitor, nothing better!

How do I join live workout sessions on FITPASS-TV?

It's fairly simple. The first thing you need to do to get fit at home is to download the FITPASS application on your iOS or Android mobile. Follow the steps and register yourself. Next, you will see FITPASS-TV on the app home screen. Tap the Join Now button to get started.

 

Once you are in, you will see the schedule. Browse through the slots and choose whichever one suits you. You can join workouts in advance up to a week from the current date. Don't forget to browse through the elapsed online fitness classes as well.

Are the trainers qualified to conduct live workout sessions?

Absolutely! All the trainers are certified in their respective fields. Most of them work as fitness instructors at gyms and fitness studios across India. In fact, you might even recognize some of them from your favorite fitness centers on the FITPASS network. Rest assured that the instructions you receive are coming from experience.

Can I get reminders for the upcoming workout sessions on FITPASS TV?

Sure thing! We can synchronize the FITPASS TV classes with the calendar application on your phone if you want. You will receive notifications accordingly. So make sure you allow it. And if you think that you can log in without any reminders, please feel free to do it.

Can I get personal online sessions?

We are working on one-on-one Live classes and plan to launch the services soon. Till then, enjoy the currently available Live workout classes every day to stay fit and healthy while staying home.

What is the authenticity of your dietary recommendations?

Can I cancel my FITPASS membership?

FITPASS memberships can be activated for a period of one month or three months for which you have to pay in advance. You can cancel it at any time but you would NOT be eligible for a refund, partial or full. It is better to avail the benefits of your membership.

Which plan should I take if my goal is to build muscles?

Muscle building is an ongoing process and you need to work on it consistently. Get the 3- or 6-month FITCOACH for the best results.

How is FITCOACH beneficial for me?

Which plan should I purchase if I am a beginner?

Go for the 3-month plan if you are a beginner. Try to workout at least 3 times every week to get into a routine. You can get the 6-month plan as well, as it will push you to stay consistent if you set a reasonable goal for yourself.

What is FITPASS Basic?

Attend unlimited workouts with FITPASS Basic - One pass to 7,500+ gyms and fitness centers at just INR 999*/month. Visit every fitness center up to 5 times each month.

How many workouts can I reserve with FITPASS Basic?

You can reserve unlimited workouts in all our partnered gyms/studios. However, at a single gym/studio you can reserve up to 5 times in a month.


Suppose you have 5-6 gyms near your location, those could be Gym/Studio A, Gym/Studio B, Gym/Studio C, and so on. So, you can reserve a workout at Gym/Studio A up to 5 times, then at Gym/Studio B up to 5 times and so on.


If you are unable to attend your workout session, then cancel the reservation else it will be counted in your 5 workouts at the gym. You can cancel the reserved session 90 minutes before the scheduled session.

How many workouts can I attend with FITPASS Premium?

As many as you want! FITPASS Premium provides you access to an unlimited number of workouts. Except for in the gyms that have a provision of restricted access to the number of workouts.

Can I work out in any city with FITPASS Basic?

Yes, you can workout in any city which is visible on the https://fitpass.co.in/studio or our app- https://fitpass.co.in/app.

What is FP Lite?

FP Lite is a membership where you can access a combination of any two out of the three services offered by us - the combinations being FITCOACH + FITFEAST, FITFEAST + FITPASS, and FITCOACH + FITPASS.

What is FITPASS Pro "FP PRO"?

FP Pro "FITPASS Pro" is an all inclusive membership that lets you access all our services - FITPASS, FITFEAST and FITCOACH.

Do I need to pay the cancellation fee, if I have purchased the FITPASS subscription plan post 15th November 2021?

We would hate to see you go. But no, you do not have to pay any cancellation charges if you have bought the subscription plan post 15th November 2021. With the all new subscription plan we have made cancellation hassle free.

Can I pause my membership (FITPASS/FITFEAST/FITCOACH) in between my membership cycle?

There is no provision to pause the membership or to put it on hold. Membership once activated cannot be paused at any time for any reason.

Can I change my subscription plan after activation?

No, you can not change or alter your subscription plan after activation. In case of any queries you can reach out by writing to us at care@fitpass.co.in or request a callback. We are always available to help!

Who is eligible for the FITPASS subscription?

Anyone and everyone is eligible for the FITPASS Subscription.

Can My Membership Be Deferred?

The membership is activated on the same day as the date of purchase and in any circumstances, cannot be deferred. The membership cycle will start from the date of purchase. Any lapse or delay in the usage of the membership will not be added back/credited.

If I avail the current offer, how will it affect my ongoing membership plan?

As per the offer T&Cs, if you avail any offer along with your ongoing membership, the offer benefits or add-on days will be added to your membership only after the completion of your existing membership.
