You can also go for an egg omelet with two whole-wheat toast or a shredded chicken sandwich. If you are a pure vegetarian then go for a tofu roll. Along with your meals you can take herbal tea or green tea. Preferably, green tea can also be included as your mid-meals drink. If you are unable to fetch a solid meal for the breakfast then prepare a fruit-based smoothie with nuts for yourself. A heavy and healthy breakfast can keep you full and energized for the day.

Either go for a fruit chart including apples, papaya, pear, guava, and grapes, or simply have one whole apple to reduce your hunger pangs. One bowl of soup is rich in fiber and protein that can help you to perform your workouts with full stamina. Switch to brown rice for a month as it is enriched with high fiber. For a non-veg menu, you can add grilled salmon fish as well. Fish is enriched with protein, omega-3 fatty acids, minerals, and vitamins that keep your heart healthy.

Lemon Tea, Green Tea, Coconut Water, or Lemon Water are the best to consume at dusk. They increase the metabolism rate and help in detoxification. You can have a grilled sandwich with vegetables or wheat rusk with your tea. Other alternatives to beat hunger are nuts which are high in heart-friendly unsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids. You can also have sprouts as an evening snack instead of any other fried food.

Dinner must be rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals. You can include chicken soup, vegetable soup, and clear chicken soup in your meal with whole wheat chapati. Grilled tofu with vegetables, tofu bhurjee, or egg white salad is also an ideal option. Grilled fish, chicken, or roasted chicken can also help to feast on your taste buds.

Your home kitchen is the only food place you should be in. Try quitting the outside junk food for some time and see how your body blesses you with an abundance of health and well-being.

Cut down your sugar consumption as much as you can. Avoid processed food and opt for natural sugar alternatives including honey, jaggery, etc.
