5 Workouts To Get Back On-Track With Your Fitness

    Kickboxing is a great workout to really activate your core muscles. It combines the effectiveness of a cardio and resistance workout into one workout. It also increases heart rate which helps burn the fat and calories. Kickboxing will get you back in form and will increase your stamina and strength.

  5. Swimming

    It’s not too late to get into the swimming pool and hit a few laps. Swimming is another total body workout and increases resistance in the body. It burns a lot of calories and there is no other way to get back to your fitness than taking a few laps in the pool.
