Happy International- Women’s Day

“Who run the world? Girls.”- Beyonce

This International Women’s Day spare a thought for all the women in your life, who make life easier just with their mere existence. Imagining a world without women in it is not just hard-hitting, it’s impossible because without them there won’t be a world. It’s true what Beyonce says, ‘women indeed run the world. From reaching for the stars and going to the moon to being philosophers and renowned authors, women have achieved feats in many areas and continue to do so.

However, along with all of that, we want all the women out there to start taking their fitness more seriously. For that reason and many more, FITPASS decided to come up with something special for all the amazing women out there and inspire them to focus on fitness. This is why we are offering a flat 30% off on all our services only for women. But that’s not all we have to offer. We have some exceptional ways and smart women fitness tips for Women’s Day so let’s tell you about that.

Fitness Tips For Women’s Day 2022

This Women’s day make a promise to yourself that you will start eating healthy and never skip breakfast. When you are the one who cooks for everyone around why not put in some effort for yourself too? Don’t neglect your health and have the meal that will give you the energy you need the entire day. Breakfast is also very important to keep your metabolic activity in check so make sure you don’t skip that.

No, we are not telling you to go all out and exercise like there’s no tomorrow. What we are saying though is that indulge in some easy women’s workouts and focus on your fitness. Ideally, you should workout before you start your day as it will help you start your day early and also remain energetic throughout the day. Incorporate at least 30 minutes of exercise in your daily routine.

Crash diets might or might not be effective but what they certainly do is help you lose weight in an unhealthy way and as soon as you stop with the diet you might gain weight rapidly. Better than that you should try eating right and focus on eating healthy foods that provide the body with all the essential nutrients and keep you energetic throughout the day. Try including as many natural foods as possible in your diet and try including veggies, fruits, low-fat dairy and nuts in your diet for sure.

Regular health checkups are very important and will help you identify your issues before they turn serious. Seeing a doctor twice or thrice a year will help you avoid some serious health troubles and help the doctor to recommend a treatment in the early stages. Seeing a doctor only when you are sick is not a healthy practice. Also when you do go to see a doctor please make sure you follow what he or she suggests.

With that, we wish you a very happy International Women’s Day. We hope you decide to connect with your inner self and take care of yourself and the women in your life, this 8th March.
