Is swimming better than a gym workout?
Swimming is a low-impact full-body exercise as opposed to a gym workout. If your goal is a lean body and weight loss, swimming is definitely better than a gym workout. However, if you want more muscle mass, you have to lift weights at the gym.
How many laps in a pool count as a good workout?
