Working out makes you feel good, and is a great stress buster after a hectic day at the office. Working out releases endorphins in your brain which is a hormone that fights stress and makes you feel happy. Moreover, it keeps you fit to stay on top of your life every day of every month.

If you’re wondering what you need to do. Here’s a list of workouts to get you started.

Been dreaming of a six pack of your own? Then go for a simple abs workouts which will be effective in strengthening most of your abdominal muscles. , Hover etc. Ab workouts are great for athletic conditioning and improve balance.

Who wants big biceps? The real question is “Who doesn’t?”. Go for Close Grip Barbell bench press, Cable Rope Overhead Triceps Extensions, Triceps Pushdown, Barbell Curl etc..

A chest workout is a serious business and here’s what you’ve got to do.  Barbell Bench Press, Flat Bench Dumbbell Press, Low-Incline Barbell Bench Press, Machine Decline Press, Seated Machine Chest Press Incline Dumbbell Press, Dips For Chest and Incline Bench Cable Fly are all going to help you get that strong, broad chest you hit the gym for.  

Cardio is important for anybody and everybody. It builds much-needed stamina for you to lift heavier each week with each rep. Treadmill workouts are efficient and challenging, calorie-burning routines. Cross-trainers and spinning cycles are just as helpful while going through your cardio routine.   HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is the most effective form of cardio to burn calories fast. Perform your cardio exercises with bursts of highly intense reps or movements followed by a lower intensity of reps or movements.

A mix of cardio workouts, including treadmill, HIIT, cross-trainers and more, results in a major boost in stamina.

Even a 45-minute workout will do the trick, as long as you are regularly hitting the gym.
