Now take down the pot, cover it and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Now add ¾ cup of Corn and add the seasoning you like. Let it cook for 10 minutes and stir a few times. Add the ½ cup of rinsed quinoa and stir. You can also add chicken or vegetable broth for added flavours and cover it and let it cook on low heat. Do not touch it for 15 minutes and then check to see if the grains are soft and if they are, serve.
