What should I provide when filing a dispute at FITPASS?

Provide clear details when filing a dispute with FITPASS so the team can review and resolve the issue quickly. It is recommended to include the following: 

  • Your full name and registered mobile number/email 
  • Your FITPASS ID or membership ID 
  • The date and time of the workout, booking, or transaction 
  • The name of the gym or partner centre involved 
  • A short description of the issue (e.g., denied entry, incorrect charges, QR scan failure) 
  • Attach any screenshots, transaction ID, bank statement snippets, or email confirmations related to the dispute 

You can send all this information through the in‑app support form. You can also send it to us by email to care@fitpass.co.in or by calling 1800‑5714‑466. FITPASS support team will investigate the issue within 3-5 working days and update you on the status.
