I bought a FITPASS membership plan, but did not receive the confirmation email. What is the status of my transaction?

If you paid for a FITPASS membership but did not receive the confirmation email, your transaction may still be successful. First, check your spam folder and confirm that the email is not filtered there. If you still don’t see it, log in to the FITPASS app.

Go to Profile > Membership to verify your active plan and payment status.

If everything shows as active, you can treat the membership as valid. If you’re unsure or suspect a failed payment, contact FITPASS support at 1800-5714-466 or care@fitpass.co.in with your transaction ID, date, and amount so they can confirm the status and resend or rectify confirmation details.
