How do I check the status of my FITPASS membership payment?

You can check the status of your FITPASS membership payment upon a successful transaction. FITPASS sends you a confirmation email along with your unique FITPASS ID. Our payment gateways are fully secure, so you can be worry-free. 

You can check your FITPASS membership status right after the transaction. Look for a confirmation email from FITPASS containing your unique FITPASS ID, plan, and payment details. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder, or just log in to the FITPASS app with your registered email. 

Go to Profile > Membership to view your payment status. 

All payments are processed through secure gateways, so your transaction is safe and encrypted.
