despite big B’s hectic schedule these past years, there is one thing which has always been consistent since the beginning of his career – his lunch box. His regular breakfast consists of beans sprouts, occasionally he likes to have corn flakes or muesli with milk or yogurt or some hard-boiled eggs. Tea, Coffee, Alcohol, and any aerated drinks are a strict no-no for him as they harmfully impact the brain, liver, heart, and other organs, as well as diabetes and can, lead to weight gain. Being a vegetarian, he loves to relish on home-cooked Dal-Chawal and Aloo Bhindi as well as Pasta.
