What happens if I disagree with the outcome of the dispute?
If a partner disagrees with the decision, they can appeal via the Partner Portal or relationship manager. This final oversight is included under the partner agreement and internal escalation policy. Upon further consideration and re-evaluation of the dispute, FITPASS communicates the resolution to both the partner and the member.
