How to submit my appeal in writing?
Disputes are handled in a smooth and neutral manner via FITPASS. To submit your appeal in writing, write a clear, concise appeal message. Send your appeal in writing via email to care@fitpass.co.in with “Formal Appeal” in the subject line. If you prefer, you can also send it as a message in the FITPASS Partner Portal or app under the ticket or support section.
Here are some of the things that your message must include.
- Your full name, mobile number, and FITPASS ID.
- A brief description of the issue and the previous decision.
- Your requested resolution (e.g., session credit, refund, or plan adjustment).
