How do I confirm that my dispute has been processed?

You can confirm that your dispute has been processed as you will receive a written response via email or in‑app Partner Portal. The message explains the status of your appeal. Your appeal can be upheald, adjusted or denied. The support team will mention the reasoning and applicable policy clause.
