Can I cancel member bookings?

Generally, no. You must honour all FITPASS member bookings and cannot cancel or deny access unless the member has a history of problematic behaviour marked in their previous visits.

  • Harasses, threatens, or disrupts staff or others.
  • Creates an unsafe or threatening environment. 
  • Acts fraudulently (impersonation, multiple accounts).
  • Attempts unauthorized access or security breaches.
  • FITPASS has cancelled the booking on your request.
  • Any other situation approved by FITPASS. 

You can cancel member bookings under any of these situations.
