I am unable to scan the QR Code. What should I do?

If you’re unable to scan the QR code, make sure your app is updated and your internet connection is stable. Also, check that you have granted camera permissions to the FITPASS app as scanning requires this permissions. Enable your device’s GPS/location to allow the app to verify your presence at the venue. If the issue continues, try restarting the app or your device. You can also ask the gym or studio staff for assistance.

If needed, raise a request via the Help or Support section in the app so our team can help you check in manually. Please attach screenrecording or screenshot of the error on your screen so that the support team can analyze the issue faster.
