Which are the best exercises for weight loss?

What should I eat before a workout?

Pre-workout is the best time to have carbs but don’t eat too much. A piece of whole-grain toast with peanut butter and a banana a couple of hours before the workout is a great snack. What should I eat after a workout?

Consume eggs, poultry, fatty fish, seeds and nuts, a smoothie with protein powder along with minimal carbs – 1 piece of whole wheat bread toast. Nuts butters, olive oil, and avocado are good sources of carbs. Consume protein-rich foods within an hour of completing your workout without fail in addition to drinking plenty of water. Have Greek yogurt once a day as well. If you workout at night, have a portion of chicken or fish along with brown rice.
