#Trainer is not Good
Very disappointing experience with the trainer. I had forgotten to book my Fitpass slot, and instead of understanding or helping, he spoke very disrespectfully and didn’t even allow me to sit there. Forgetting once is common — he could have handled it politely. Trainers are expected to guide and support members, not insult them. This kind of rude and unprofessional behaviour is not acceptable. *I hope the management will take this seriously and ensure better behaviour from the staff in the future.
