FB12 is 30 minute Full Body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) metabolic conditioning circuit workout across 12 stations.The workouts include kickboxing based training, functional workouts with kettlebells, battle ropes, medicine balls, flipping tires,TRX based training, box jumps.Workouts also contain lot of compound, plyometric, hybrid movements with free weights along with core workouts.FB12 workout is designed to help members in improving their cardiovascular endurance, developing lean muscle with great core strength along with effortlessly dropping body fat.
