When does my subscription start and what is my subscription cycle?

Your FITPASS subscription starts immediately upon purchase, and your subscription cycle is valid for the chosen plan duration (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). You can view your subscription cycle along with the exact end date under your Membership details in the FITPASS app. You can also check your subscription cycle start date on the invoice of the transaction.
