What should I do if my FITPASS payment failed but the money was deducted from my account?

If your payment shows as failed but the amount has been deducted, don’t worry. This usually happens due to a temporary bank or network issue. 

In most cases, the amount is automatically refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days. If the refund doesn’t reflect within this period, you can reach out to the FITPASS support team with your transaction details for quick assistance.
