How can I check the validity of my FITPASS subscription?

You can check the validity of your FITPASS subscription directly in the app: 

  • Open the "FITPASS" app 
  • Go to your "Profile" 
  • You’ll see a "subscription card" right below your name and FITPASS ID. This card displays your plan name, start date, expiry date, and the remaining validity of your subscription. 

If you don’t see the details or suspect an issue, contact support at care@fitpass.co.in or call 1800‑5714‑466 to confirm your membership validity.
