Our equipment-free workouts are designed to support individuals and groups who want to reach an optimum level of health and well-being holistically. We are India’s first fitness studio to adopt the concept of ‘Shoeless Workouts.’ We also make functional training and group workouts dynamic and lively, by offering a mix-and-match of indoor and outdoor training programs, breaking-free from the confines of the four walls of the gym and opening up an avenue for our members to be one with nature. Vie:Fit has had a steady and successful growth trajectory, wherein, we have grown from 1 to 5 fitness studios in a short period, and aim to expand the business to 20 centres by 2021. We have highly experienced staff who are friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable about different aspects of health and fitness. This makes them super-efficient when it comes to strategizing different workout plans for individuals and groups.
