this gym treats a fitpass member quite differently.. imposing a lot of restrictions. no friendly staff and lack of knowledge in Trainers. very disappointing experience.

“I’m a Fitpass member, and I’m here through a valid partnership. I’ve noticed a few times that Fitpass members are being treated differently. I’d appreciate it if I could receive the same respect and experience as other members.” I’m facing an issue with one of your partner gym (Fitbar dhanory). Every time I attend a session, the staff tells me that Fitpass is “not worth it” and that Fitpass pays them very little. They make me feel unwelcome for being a Fitpass member. This kind of behavior is really disappointing and discourages me from attending. Please look into this matter and take appropriate action against the gym.
