I have tried it all, gym workouts, yoga, swimming and many other types of workouts but nothing has worked like Zumba and I have been so consistent because its fun and burns many calories very quickly. At The Dance Addict Studio I found the best trainers and ample space to practice Zumba. Highly recommended.

They have great service and also offer classes for various different dance forms such as- hip hop, salsa, contemporary, freestyle and many more.
