“Very disappointing experience. Staff behavior is rude and unprofessional. The pool is dirty, and the changing and shower rooms are unhygienic and smell bad. Trainers focus only on paid members and ignore others, especially Fitpass users. There is a clear lack of basic courtesy and communication skills. Internal team issues are visible, and unnecessary arguments with customers make the environment uncomfortable.”
