We had a disappointing experience regarding Fitpass access at Studio 1 Life. We were informed that only two entries are allowed, whereas Fitpass clearly mentions up to five sessions in a month. The staff’s approach while communicating this was quite rude and unhelpful, which made the situation more frustrating.
If there are any specific restrictions or internal policies limiting Fitpass users, they should be clearly mentioned on the application or communicated in advance. Transparency would help avoid confusion and ensure a better customer experience. We hope the management looks into this and improves both communication and customer handling.
