The front-desk receptionist on the evening shift behaved in an unprofessional and discourteous manner and repeatedly insisted that I disclose my personal details. Despite my clearly stating that she could verify my booking through my FITPASS ID and a photograph of the booked workout, she continued to persistently demand my name and mobile number. This conduct is unethical on the part of the gym and amounts to an unjustified intrusion into my right to privacy. In the absence of a conditional apology from Strive Gym for the conduct of its receptionist, I will be constrained to initiate appropriate legal action, including proceedings against FITPASS in its capacity as an intermediary and facilitator.
