Sona Gym & Spa Only For Ladies is very spacious and has group and individual dance classes. They have great service and also offer classes for various different dance forms such as- hip hop, salsa, contemporary, freestyle and many more. I would recommend Sona Gym & Spa Only For Ladies to anyone who wants to get into a dance fitness routine.

I’ve been training with Sona Gym & Spa Only For Ladies for couple of months now, and believe they have the most experienced and committed trainers around who know what they are doing and help us train by being with us every step of the way, and having the finest machines and equipments. Highly recommended. People think gym workouts are easy but they aren't without the right guidance and yes, motivating yourself everyday is also a task but with Sona Gym & Spa Only For Ladies I feel like coming back everyday.
