The gym is clean, hygienic, well-maintained and has good equipments. However, there are two major issues.
First, the fragrance used throughout the gym is extremely strong and overpowering. Gyms typically use fresh or aquatic scents, whereas the current fragrance feels too heavy and can be uncomfortable for people who are sensitive to strong smells or prone to migraines. I shared this feedback multiple times but it was not taken seriously.
Second, the experience for FitPass members could be improved. While a couple of staff members are polite and helpful, my interactions with others have been inconsistent. On one occasion, I requested help with a quick 10-second workout video and was declined in a way that felt unnecessarily rude. Saying no is completely fine but courtesy and professionalism matter. Overall, the facilities are great but ensure FitPass members are treated with the same level of respect and professionalism as everyone else.
