My friend and I had a session at this gym around 12:00 PM. The weather was very humid, so we requested the gym helper to switch on the air conditioning. It was quite shocking to hear him say that the AC is not turned on for Fitpass members. When we insisted further, he called the owner, who responded in an abusive manner. This was a very disappointing experience, and it makes me question whether this gym should continue to be listed on Fitpass."

Had the worst experience in my Fitpass journey today. After scanning in, the owner told my friend and me that he wouldn’t turn on the AC for Fitpass users. When we questioned this, he became abusive and started threatening us. It’s honestly concerning that a gym like this is even listed on Fitpass.
