I’ve been coming through Fitpass for more than 2 months now and my experience has been completely different. The coaches do guide you properly, especially if you show up regularly and are serious about learning. My stamina, technique, and overall fitness have improved a lot. Boxing isn’t something you learn in a few sessions, consistency matters. I’m happy with the training here.

I have been using Fitpass, I’ve been training here for a while and I’ve seen real changes in my fitness and boxing basics. The sessions are structured, starting from fundamentals to conditioning. Of course, if someone wants advanced or match-level training, that requires more dedicated programs, but for Fitpass users who are regular, this place delivers results.
