Ista Wellness & Fitness is a Gurgaon based Unisex boutique Fitness Studio along with a state of the art GYM with the brand name “ISTA by Rashmi”. It was founded in 2012 by Rashmi Raghuwanshi a Reebok certified instructor for the different form of Aerobics exercise (Floor Aerobics, Step Aerobics and Bhangra Aerobics) and Licensed Zumba Instructor (ZIN) for Zumba. ISTA by Rashmi is located in Palam Vihar First of its kind of studio and strive to provide complete health and fitness solutions inclusive of body building, metabolic training and diet counselling to all age groups.
