I have visited this gym earlier by going directly, and the experience was quite different from what I experienced today. When booking through a reputed platform like FITPASS, we expect a certain standard of professionalism and behavior from the instructors. Unfortunately, that was not the case today. I hope this feedback is shared with the gym so they can ensure all clients are treated equally.
