I've been going to Health Edge for a couple of months now and my motivation has only increased since I started. The combination of having talented trainers, top class machines, and the best state-of-art facilites really makes it easy to keep coming back here for workouts.

I’ve been doing Zumba with Health Edge since long time, and believe they have the most experienced, committed and nurturing trainers around. If you choose Zumba as the road to fitness then it's very important to have a good trainer, motivated people around and ample space to practice and Health Edge has it all.

I’ve been training with Health Edge for a couple of months, and believe they have the most experienced and committed trainers around who know what they are doing and help us train by being with us every step of the way, and having the finest machines and equipments. Highly recommended. People think gym workouts are easy but they aren't without the right guidance and yes, motivating yourself everyday is also a task but with Health Edge I feel like coming back everyday.

I have tried it all, gym workouts, yoga, swimming and many other types of workouts but nothing has worked like Zumba and I have been so consistent because its fun and burns many calories very quickly. At Health Edge I found the best trainers and ample space to practice Zumba. Highly recommended.
