I had a highly disappointing experience at this gym. The trainer displayed extremely unprofessional behavior and lacked basic courtesy and interpersonal etiquette. The overall attitude towards Fitpass users was particularly concerning, as they were treated with visible bias and disrespect, almost as if they were unwelcome members. Additionally, the trainer openly complained about receiving only ₹50 per Fitpass user after two months, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. Such internal commercial concerns should never be projected onto customers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this gym to other Fitpass members. I strongly urge Fitpass management to reassess this partnership and consider removing this facility from their listed network to maintain service quality and brand standards.
