I had a very unpleasant experience at the center due to Mr. Amay, who repeatedly asked me to make additional payments to continue my Fittera sessions. However, I hold a Fitpass Pro membership, and after confirming with the Fitpass team, I was clearly informed that I am entitled to 20 sessions per month without any extra charges. Despite this, Mr. Amay behaved rudely during multiple visits and insisted that I pay ₹2000 to continue, which was both uncomfortable and inappropriate. I would like to highlight that the trainer, Mr. Shrikant, has been excellent and professional throughout my sessions — my concern is strictly regarding the conduct of Mr. Amay. I request immediate intervention and resolution to ensure such experiences are not repeated.
