1. Social - Well behaved and sane people. 2. Atmosphere - open and breathable, enough space to walk comfortably. 3. Equipment - Mainly focused on bodyweight exercises & Freestyle, Dip bars are perfectly aligned. Squat rack floor needs to be made even to prevent injuries and anatomical asymmetry.
