Complaint Against BMW Gym Rohini Sector-8 (Fitpass Partner)
I am extremely disappointed with the experience at BMW Gym, Rohini Sector-8, Delhi, which is listed as a Fitpass partner gym.
During my visit, the lady at the reception clearly said that “you are not our member, you are from Fitpass” and instructed the trainers not to entertain or guide us just because we were visiting through Fitpass.
