this was my first day in this gym and I must say the experience was very bad. I was told fitpass members do not have access to wifi. since this gym is in the basement, you will face issues with your phone connectivity. Also, before i even begin the workout, the trainer kept reminding me about the time left as if I was on some kind of an exam. Absolutely frustrating experience. They treat fitpass members as some sort of free loaders. Would not recommend

The service at this gym has become terrible. It’s located in the basement, where there is no network coverage. When I asked the manager for the Wi-Fi password, he claimed that Wi-Fi access isn't allowed for Fitpass users—even though Wi-Fi is actually listed as one of the amenities for Fitpass members. I even explained that I was receiving urgent calls from work, but he still refused to provide access. I’ve been coming to this gym since it was located in Dwarka Sector 13 and used to really like it, but it has gone downhill completely now!
