Good gym with a great atmosphere and overall positive vibe for workouts. However, I had a disappointing experience today morning. I entered through Fitpass and just wanted my son Rayaan to briefly see the gym. Despite multiple polite requests, the receptionist (Sanjana) was uncooperative and quite rude, with no willingness to help—even when the gym floor wasn’t busy.
Thankfully, a trainer later stepped in and allowed us access, which made my son happy. Appreciate the trainer’s helpful attitude, but the front desk experience needs serious improvement in terms of basic courtesy and customer handling.Very disappointed with the behaviour of receptionist (Sanjana).

First of all, we have to wait at the gym for like 1 Hour because the app was not working and then there is no support which can help us. The gym owners didn’t let us in and it was not a good experience at all

No parking space. They discourage people from firpass. As per staff there is a capping of 7 days in for even gold members
