What should I do if doctor doesn't join the booked consultation?

If the doctor does not join the booked consultation, try to reconnect once or wait a few minutes, as the slot may still start. If the consultation cannot proceed, inform FITPASS support via the app or email care@fitpass.co.in. 

The support team will either reschedule your session or apply the benefit to your next consultation.
