What are the specific partnership requirements for gym owners?

FITPASS looks for gyms and studios that meet basic professional and operational standards before onboarding. The main partnership requirements are:

  1. Valid business registration and address
Your fitness center should be a legally registered business with a clear, operational address.
  2. Minimal tech and QR setup
You need to install a small QR code stand at the reception. This allows members to check in easily. FITPASS does not require you to have any complex hardware or software for this.
  3. Basic safety standards
Your facility should follow basic safety standards, hygiene, and equipment-maintenance norms. Extreme lapses or repeated member complaints can affect your listing.
  4. Consistent fitness activity and session data
You must enter accurate class types, timings, capacities, and trainer details into the Partner Portal so the app shows reliable schedules and availability.
  5. Agreement to partner terms
Accept the FITPASS Partner Terms & Conditions which include rules on conduct, dispute handling, and settlement policies.
  6. Openness to flexible access
Agree to allow FITPASS‑tagged members to book and use your centers as per the agreed plan rules.

If your gym matches these criteria, you can apply via the FITPASS Partners App or Become a Partner page. A network specialist from the FITPASS team will guide you through onboarding.
