How many days in advance can I book a workout with FITPASS?

You can book most workouts with FITPASS up to 4 days in advance. This depends on your partner gym and the workout format or class type. But some fitness studios may open slots 1–2 days or just hours before the session. The exact booking window is shown on the workout or class page in the app, so you can plan your sessions ahead of time and secure your preferred slot.
