How do I delete my FITPASS account?

To delete your FITPASS account, please contact the FITPASS Support team. Simply email care@fitpass.co.in and request account deletion. The team will verify your identity with the FITPASS ID and ask about your reason for the account deletion. Your request will then be processed in line with the FITPASS Privacy Policy.

Please keep in mind that account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate processes. If you have an active membership, ensure it is cancelled first.
