How do I cancel auto-renewal?

You can easily turn off auto-renewal from your FITPASS account settings by following these steps.

1. Open the FITPASS app
2. Go To 'Profile'
3. Click on 'Manage Subscription'
4. Scroll down & Click on 'Cancel Subscription'
5. Follow the in app prompts for the successful cancellation

Alternatively, you can also cancel the active subscription mandate through your respective bank or UPI app, depending on your payment method. We hate to see you go. However, if you wish to cancel, please do so before 72 hours to avoid charges for the next billing cycle. Once disabled, your subscription will not renew automatically after the current cycle ends.
