How do I cancel auto-renewal?
You can easily turn off auto-renewal from your FITPASS account settings by following these steps.
- Log in to your account
- Go to the subscription section
- Select your active plan
- Toggle off auto-renewal
We hate to see you go.However, if you wish to cancel, please do so before 72 hours to avoid charges for the next billing cycle. Once disabled, your subscription will not renew automatically after the current cycle ends.
