Can my products be returned/replaced?

Yes, FITSHOP products can be returned if they meet the return policy conditions. Products with physical damage can be returned or replaced only if a package unboxing video is shared within 8 hours of delivery at care@fitpass.co.in. Returns are accepted within the specified time frame mentioned on the product page. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition. 

To initiate a return, raise a request through the FITPASS app or contact support with your order details.
